BASIC ESSENTIALS PACKAGE

This option delivers everything you need to make an impact by staging the main areas of a small house or condo with contemporary furniture and decor proven to cater to the majority of buyers. This option is designed to make an impact in the areas that are most important, our cost-effective method of staging can still make these rooms shine on a budget.

PREMIER STANDARD PACKAGE

This option includes designer selected stylish furniture and decor and is perfect for any home from 1800 square feet to 2500.  We use more wall art, decor pieces and extra furniture in those rooms requiring extra attention. This package can be delivered in 48 hours in most instances and includes photography. 

LUXURY EXPERIENCE PACKAGE

The Luxury home buyer has a very sophisticated taste and has very high expectations, they also have many properties to choose from.  Our Luxury Experience option provides designer's selected luxury merchandising that caters specifically to the high expectations of luxury property buyers. We customize a luxury home staging experience combined with high-end, stylish and on-trend inventory to create an exceptional and warm environment which buyers want to call their "forever" home.

What's Included in our Vacant Staging Packages:

Our staging fees, a customized and savvy design plan, 3-4 staging professional, creating design layouts that show each room’s best features, merchandising, hands-on staging, all necessary furniture, area rugs, decorative accessories, soft staging products such as bed linen, decorative props, lighting, artwork and all soft staging products (towels, throw pillows and throws) as well as window treatments, Artwork, decorative accessories rental for the key rooms of the house: Living Room, Family Room, Dining Room, & Master Bedroom ensuite, decorative accessories for the entry, kitchen, breakfast area, and all Bathrooms, wrap and ready, delivery (move-in & move-out)

INVESTMENT: Pricing varies based on the property size, client's needs & budget.  It is considered a best practice to invest 1% - 3% of the home listing price)

NOTE: A 5-7 day lead time is required to allow for space planning, design concept, inventory selection & procurement.  We require a fully executed contract, and payment in full to reserve the inventory and secure a staging day.

Note:  Staging fees are determined by the number of rooms to be staged, the sizes of the rooms and the Staging Level selected.  The price will ultimately determine the outcome.
